Carriage House

This garage is modeled after turn-of-the-century carriage houses with details matched to the adjacent house.  Above is a complete guest suite including kitchenette & bath.  Dormers allow extra room & light into the sloped ceiling space.  Below is a lap pool, illuminated by basement style windows in the partially exposed stone veneer foundation.

Extensive landscaping was done to create level areas and a pond in the sloping backyard.  A Japanese inspired tea house, arched bridge, and garden shed create magical images.
