Lake Cottage

Who wouldn't want a cottage up north with sweeping views of water?  At 1096 square feet, this cottage is just the right size for a retired couple and their occasional guests.  A "boat slip" and fish cleaning area can be entered at walkout basement level, just steps from lake's edge.

This set of blueprints was pure pleasure to draft.  My technique is plastic lead on mylar, with gray marker applied to the backside for shadow and grade line.  Sketches were done with thin line black marker on vellum with colored marker on backside.
